SIGNAL is a product of Brother of Mine Coffee Roasters Australia Pty Ltd, Perth, Western Australia. These terms cover your use of this website and the SIGNAL waitlist. Product terms for the SIGNAL app will be published before launch.

Using this site

You can browse this site and join the waitlist free of charge. Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or probe our systems, no submitting other people's email addresses without their permission.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in SIGNAL. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date, and it does not oblige you to purchase anything. Early access pricing offers, where made, will be confirmed in writing at the time.

Content and IP

The SIGNAL name, logo, design, and content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce them commercially without permission. Third party names and logos shown in the integrations section belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate compatibility, not endorsement.

No guarantees

Information on this site is general in nature and provided as is. See the disclaimer for how to read the figures and examples we use. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as SIGNAL moves from pre-launch to launch. The date at the top shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
